Board Committees
The Unity of Madison Board of Trustees is excited to invite you to participate on some of our Board committees. If you would like to help us grow financially, grow the numbers of people that participate as members and/or congregants, plan gifts to Unity of Madison from your estate, or help us with maintenance jobs to keep the building in prime condition, please read further!
Growth Committee
The Growth Committee was created to find new, innovative ways to grow the numbers of people that attend Unity of Madison. As a result of their experience, they may decide to get more involved in our church. We do this through outreach projects to the greater Madison community. Chaired by Rymii Kaio, the committee meets on the 4th Thursday of the month from 5:30-6:30pm.
Estate Planning Committee
The Estate Planning Committee's primary goal is to establish methodologies to be used by people who are interested in leaving part of their legacy to Unity of Madison. When these methods are created and publicized, it will help educate our community to the importance these kinds of bequests can have in sustaining Unity of Madison for the benefit of future generations. Chaired by Steve Roberts.
Maintenance Committee
The Maintenance Committee supports ongoing and periodic indoor and outdoor maintenance needs at the church.We are open to individuals with or without maintenance experience who wish to help maintain our facilities.Members who wish to tithe their talents for simple repairs or specific maintenance needs are also welcome. The committee currently communicates via email, and is chaired by Nancy Sundal.
