Unity Care Team

The Unity Care Team members are available to provide support to attendees and families at Unity. We are available to make visits in the hospital, other facilities, and homes. Also, we can make wellness and follow up calls, pray with you, identify your needs, and assist with finding resources in the community. Ann Zenner is the coordinator of this team.
